i noticed that when i'm trying to make myself happy i find it easiest when i do the things that make me happiest, in order to stay happy i must do things to make me happy!

i noticed so far if i shy away from things that make me sad then i wont be sad. obviously i cant just stop doing homework because i have to do it so for that i just need to have a positive mindset when doing it along with everything else

one thing ive noticed when im okay is when i do these things it cleans my mental state and helps me not overthink about whatever is on my mind.

one thing i've realized about when im angry since ive started keeping track is that i notice i do these same things that make me angry. it makes me angry when other people do it. keeping track of this data makes me realize i need to worry about myself and my actions more than others.

a bad thing i've noticed about being excited that i need to change is that i get overly excited and expect more than what I get
