A/B: Perform heimlich maneuver if patient shows universal sign of choking, Otherwise attempt to clear airway
Activate EMS
P: Supine if patient loses consciousness, Upright of patient is conscious
Tilt head and continue to clear obstruction
Check for respiratory sounds

Cynosis
Labored breathing
Substernal notch retraction
Rapid pulse initially the decreased pulse
Violent expiratory effort
Respiratory arrest
Gagging
Cardiac arrest
