Yearly tenancy
tenancy continues from year to year until it is determined by either the lessor or lesee giving appropriate notice
S 129 PLA will create an implied tenancy at will so long as the lessee is in possession and paying rent applies to longer leases not registered.
if the tenancy is one where there is no agreement as to its duration, a yearly tenancy will no longer be implied by the payment of rent and in its place, a tenancy shall be implied

s 135 provides that in the case of yearly tenancies it is necessary that a min six months notice expiring on a completed cycle of a tenancy must be given
