Is the damage that occurs on both outer and inner ear. The outer cannot conduct sound properly to the inner ear, and the inner ear cannot process the sound to be sent to the brain

Causes

Mixed may be caused by severe head injury with or without fracture of the skull or temporal bone, by chronic infection. It may also occur when a transient conductive hearing loss, commonly due to otitis media is superimposed on a sensorineural hearing loss

Certain sounds

Roaring in the ears

Different at hearing loud sounds

Reduced hearing in one or both ears

Avoid changing topic without a warning

Avoid using slang words

Communication method must be noted that residents preferred

Establish eye contact

Do not speak on top of loudy noise
