Should include water break after finishing a circuit to keep hydrated
rest in between sets
Good amount of recovery time
Right amount of training and rest time for your target audience because different exercise are more advanced for beginners.
Good workouts for what you want to work out
Enough exercise to ensure that they are working hard, not just for them to do easy excerises
How will you know how hard they are working?
Measure their heart rate and figure out the intensity level that they are working in
good form to engage with specific muscle groups
Engage in all types of body groups
Workout dedicated to the fitness component you want to improve on
it's important to warm up before and stretch
Longer exercise and shorter rest time
Why?
Has good balance between rest and exercise.
A good warmup and a good cool down, specifically for the area which the excercise will focus. Eg. if upperbody excercise, warmup and cool down regarding upper body
Balance between time exercising and break to ensure that the person worked hard enough and get the fair amount of rest depending on the exercise intensity and time.
Training in all the major body parts
such as arms and belly
make you feel like your about the faint after working out but still be able to relax and stretch after
Make sure that the training focus is clear for example if today's focus is CVE or a full-body training.
