Fat embolism plus fat globules are released into the blood and end up in a vessel supplying the lungs, brain and kidneys.
Gas gangrene caused by infection from anaerobic gram positive bacteria ,bacteria grow in deep wound.
Vascular necrosis blood supply the bone is compromised it's dies and this usually occurs in femur neck.

Management
Bones reduction- Restoration of fracture fragments to anatomic alignment and rotation , either closed or opened maybe used.
Bone fragments immobilization or be held in correct position until union occurs. External or internal accomplishes immobilization.
Maintaining and function restoring ensure optimum functioning, all the joints should be exercise daily and full range of movements done in the unaffected joints. Refer patients to physiotherapist.
