Is a chronic disease occurring when the immune system of the body attacks it own tissues that causes joint inflammation in the fingers,fetus and ankles

Acute pain evidenced by verbal report of pain and discomfort
Tiredness and activity intolerance
Nursing intervention
Promote best rest
Encourage the patient to change sleeping positions yo prevent stiffness of the joints
Administer the prescribed analgesics
Encourage self care activities to promote patients tolerance to physical activity
Expected outcome
Increased patients tolerance to do daily activities
The patient will report relieved pain
Evaluation
No pain reported by the patient
Patient will be comfortable, relaxed and being able to do daily activities
