It is used to communicate something to the members of an organization, for example: instructions, announcements, transfer documents, request information, invite to a meeting, clarify something.
-
Reports
Updated information on a project, activity, function, etc. entrusted to a member or section of the organization.
For top executives, reports are often the only means by which they can monitor those who are furthest from them.
Oral Communication
In person
Conversation is the most important means we have to communicate orally, so respecting the opinions of the other is fundamental; If not, you will not be able to establish a dialogue, then you will only listen to your opinion.
Listening is much more than just picking up sounds with our sense of hearing, it is more than hearing..
If I do not understand something and I have any questions, ask, I ask that they clarify what they have just said; this way I avoid misunderstandings and confusion that could affect the relationship.
