5.- Reviews. In an efficient revision process, the following should be taken into account:
It serves to improve the text as a whole. It affects long text fragments, main ideas and structure. New ideas may emerge. The change of a term or word can motivate to redo the structure of a whole sentence or paragraph.
3.- Elaboration of an outline. Once you have the information, organize it:
1.Determine what the main idea or theme is.
2.Order the other ideas according to their importance, from most to least.
3.Express each idea with clear statements.
4.Organize the text.

6.- Final drafting.
After a last revision, you can elaborate the final text. I still recommend a last revision after putting a temporary distance; that is to say, it is convenient to leave the final text aside for a certain time -depending on the urgency of presenting it-, and then make another revision before finishing it.
1.- Selection of the topic.
It can be a topic that you have been asked to develop... If not, choose to write about a subject of your interest.
2.- Search for information.
To report a fact, the eight questions technique is very effective: Ask yourself the following questions and answer them:
