Priscilla's Moral Mind Map
My coaches have taught me to have patience no matter how long it takes. Sometimes they would teach us a new move and I would struggle to do it and complain how I would never be able to do it. They would just tell me to have patience and practice and eventually I would be able to do the new move, proving them right.
My Coaches
Every year at school I am constantly reminded to be honest with my work and just in general. So whenever I can get out of something by just lying, I remember that lying does nothing for me but make the situation worse especially if I’m caught. So in the end I remember that being honest is always the best option.

Social Media influences me not to judge and spread negativity because a lot of the time people including myself sometimes will judge a situation without knowing the whole story. I also learned that nothing good comes out of spreading negativity, all it does is hurt the person being targeted and you get nothing in return except for the knowledge that you ruined that person's day.
Social Media
My schools influences me not to cheat and to always be authentic. One time I forgot to study for a big test in middle school and decided to just make a little flashcard. I got in trouble and was explained the reasons behind not cheating and ever since then I haven’t cheated since and instead have always done my work and my work alone.

Music allows me to embrace my emotions and express how I am feeling without having to say words. It prevents me from holding everything in and instead allows me to let myself go and relax. Thanks to music I’m able to destress and tune out the world whenever I’m feeling like everything is to music.

The news reminds me to be more mindful and aware of situations going on not just in my country and all over the world. I used to think that if something doesn’t affect me it doesn’t matter as much and I didn’t think about the other people it could be affecting. Now I try to take some time out of my days to catch up on what’s going on and what I can do to help whether it’s reposting so it gets more awareness or donating, etc.

One thing that having friends teaches me is how to be dependable. As I form more friendships I learn to become a trustworthy person who my friends feel comfortable going to for anything.
My Friends
My grandma teaches me to be forgiving towards others even when I believe they shouldn’t be forgiven. She reminds me that everyone deserves a second chance and that if I were them I would want a second chance as well. Especially if that person has actually changed for the better.

I’ve learned many things from my religion but one of the main concepts I’ve remembered and been influenced by is to treat others how you would like to be treated. So whenever I meet someone new or even someone I already know I remember to be kind to them and treat them with respect.
Catholicism
My uncle always reminds me to take responsibility for my actions and to just be responsible in general. He tells me that you can have fun while also being responsible. He also reminds me to take responsibility for my actions whether it’s good or bad.
