Tonic Clonic
Aura/ Prodromal phase- smell, taste, sight
Pre-ictal phase- loss of consciousness, may fall
Ictal phase- Rhythmic jerking- lasts 2 to 5 minutes, patient appears stiff/ muscle contractions, and difficulty breathing
Postseizure/ Postictal phase- Seizure has stopped, and patient may be confused and fatigues
