Redo and create a newer system
Pros; Starting from scratch allows to recreate the code and use up to date techniques
Cons: Very time intensive can take a while to solve.
Get a management team thats more inclined to streamline older processes
Pros; Hiring people with experience and a fresh mindset is refreshing
cons: Its expensive and difficult to find a replacement at the senior level
Obvious solution is to fix the issues with the system by devoting a small team to the issue
Pros: Clean System and allows to improve on code already written
Cons: Timely and confusing have to follow older code guidelines
