Scientific Definition
In color and scientific terms, brightness is usually radiated from a light source, be it a non-living or living thing
The intensity of a light depends on the light source itself and the surface of the said object's surface's texture
If the surface is smooth, more light will be reflected as the surface's line is straight, making it easier for light to be bounced off from it
However if the object's surface is rough and jagged, little to no light will be reflected due to its surface line being crooked and winding
Light itself is created from the fusion of atoms; these atoms then are considered 'particles of light' and are released to create light itself
