- what is paralinguistic language
Paralinguistics is the study of these vocal (and sometimes non-vocal) signals beyond the basic verbal message or speech, also known as vocalics.
Paralanguage includes accent, pitch, volume, speech rate, modulation, and fluency.
- what is voice modulation and projection
Voice modulation means the fine-tuning of the pitch or tone of voice that helps the audience clearly hear and understand the lecture, presentation, and speech delivered by a speaker
Voice projection is the strength of speaking or singing whereby the voice is used powerfully and clearly
It is a technique employed to command respect and attention, as when a teacher talks to a class, or simply to be heard clearly, as used by an actor in a theatre.
Persuasive writing is a form of argumentative writing that presents logical arguments with emotional appeal in order to sway readers to a particular point of view. Where an argumentative essay introduces both sides of a debate and allows the reader to make an informed choice, a persuasive essay is about the inclusion of information that supports your thesis statement, only involving counterarguments as a means to discredit them.
