Sometimes confusion between the local and national/sub-national levels
Policies are generally good! - Need to leverage this

Budget for sand dams in Dry Dev - was funding, there was no awareness!

Results - you need them, and quick!

Example of dry-dev with sloping land.
Despite drought, there was no reduction in water (and it improved, etc.)
"Low Hanging Fruit" - significant results!
Sometimes can be as simple as planting a slightly different seed!
And then can combine techniques - add planting in rows, improved water usage, etc.!!
