The body theory
Your identity and personality can't change and will persist because you'll stay in the same body your entire life until you die.
The memory theory
Your personal identity is based on your past memories combined with the recent ones, that's why identity exists
¿What's identity?
Identity is a set of characteristics, beliefs and behaviors that distinguish or differentiate a person from others. In a nutshell, is what makes a person “special”

Social and cultural
The culture we belong to or where we were born affect our personal identity. Belonging to a certain group or people or culture doesn't mean all the members will have the same identity; each individual has its own identity based on its believes and experiences.
Personal Identity
Each person creates their own identity based on their beliefs, preferences and personal experiences. I consider everyone has a “base identity” we were born with, but although we still in the same body our personality/identity have been changing over the time due to individual growth.
Family and Identity
The identity of a member of a family its built based on its family's beliefs, values, attitudes and ways of being
