RYAN
- Ryan: Ich verstehe, was du sagst aber das leitende Personal wird uns beaufsichtigen, um Fehler vorzubeugen. Außerdem helfen wir nicht nur unseren Kollegen, sondern auch unsere Patienten.
Ryan: I understand what you're saying, but the senior staff will oversee us to prevent mistakes. In addition, we not only help our colleagues, but also our patients.
- Ryan: Entschuldigung Jac, meine Pause ist vorbei und ich muss auf der Station zurückgehen.
Ryan: Sorry Jac, my break is over and I have to go back to the station.
- Ryan: Das sehe ich ganz anders. Ich mach das. Als Pflegepersonal müssen wir flexible sein und es gibt uns zusätzliche Erfahrung, z.B. wir können die Atemübungen und Bewegungsübungen lernen.
Ryan: I see it very differently. I'll do it. As nursing staff we have to be flexible and it gives us additional experience, e.g. we can learn the breathing exercises and movement exercises.

- Ryan: Wie geht's Jac. Ich habe grad Pause. Ich hab gehört, dass die (Physiotherapeuten) im moment unterbesetzt sind. Und wir sollten die Arbeit der Physiotherapeuten teilweise übernehmen. Was denkst du darüber?
Ryan: How are you Jac. I'm on a break right now. I heard that the (physiotherapists) are understaffed at the moment. And we should partially take over the work of the physiotherapists. What do you think about it?
JAC
- Jac: Ja, du hast Recht, aber wir können Fehler machen, wenn wir die Aufgaben der Physiotherapeuten übernehmen. Und es ist sehr riskant für die Patienten.
Jac: Yes, you are right, but we can make mistakes if we take on the role of physiotherapist. And it's very risky for the patient.
- Jac: Ja, das sehe ich genauso. Darauf könnten wir uns vielleicht einigen.
Jac: Yes, I agree with that. Maybe we could agree on that.
- Jac: Mir geht es gut. Danke! Ich glaube, dass es keine gute Idee ist, Personal von einer anderen Station zu holen. Ich weiß, dass wir unseren Kollegen in diesem Krankenhaus helfen müssen, aber die Arbeit der Physiotherapeuten ist nicht unsere Aufgabe und außerdem haben wir auf unserer Station genug zu tun.
Jac: I'm fine. Thanks! I think it is not a good idea to bring staff from another station. I know we have to help our colleagues in this hospital, but the work of the physiotherapists is not our job and we have enough to do in our ward.
