What is happening to the human rights of women in Afghanistan?

Prohibitions:
-They are prohibited from engaging in any activity outside the home.
-Women in Afghanistan are forbidden to study in any educational institution.
-They are prohibited from working outside the home.
-Women are obliged to wear burqa, i.e. they can only show their eyes and if this rule is not complied with they are punished with beatings, verbal abuse, etc.
-They are forbidden to travel in the same car as men.
-They are not allowed to look out on balconies.
-They are forbidden to ride bicycles or motorcycles.
-They are not allowed to wear shoes that make noise when walking (example: heels).
-They are subjected to stoning for adultery.
Violated Rights:
Right to non discrimination.
-Right to education.
-Right to work outside the home.
-Right to life.
Possible solutions:
Abolish the death penalty when they commit adultery, since it is a human being.
Strengthen gender equity.
Improve local government by selecting women as political leaders.
Causes of the conflict:
Another cause is the Taliban's strict interpretation of Islamic law.
One of the causes is the return to power of the Taliban in the government of Afghanistan.
