Problem

Due to tighter rules aimed at combating the pandemic, charities and NGOs are finding it increasingly hard to support the increasing concerns of the homeless in Hong Kong. (Kwan)
NGOs Impact HK and Médicins San Frontiérs noticed a sharp increase in the number of street sleepers in Tsim Sha Tsui in 2020, with the numbers increasing from 35 to 55 in August, which this number is expected to have increased even more since then.
