leave pt. in the dental chair (supine) and ensure pt. safety (relocate instruments)

After seizure over, maintain open airway; administer O2
Suction to help keep airway patent

monitor pulse and other vitals

EMS If unsure or if the seizure lasts more than 5 min, no recovery of consciousness after 30 min, fever, serious injury, recent increase in seizures. And document.
