Properties: Does not wrinkle easily, remains crisp and is easy to wash
Uses: Terylene and PET are some popular Polyesters.
Terylene: It can be drawn into very thin fibers
which can form Yarns
PET: They are used to make utensils,
bottles, films and wires
Rayon

It has the properties of Silk. It was found by Hillare de Chardonnet in 1889. Properties: It can be woven like silk and can be dyed in a vareity of colors

Properties: Cheap, available in many colors and is durable
Uses: It is used for making Shawls, Sweaters, Blanket and Gloves
