Inversion - moving the foot inwards
Eversion - moving the foot outwards
Plantar - near the foot
Palm Area
Supination - rotating the palms inward
Pronation - rotating the palms downward
Palmar- Palm area

Medial - towards the midline
Lateral - away from the midline
Distance
Distal - the more distant of 2 points
Proximal - the closer of 2 points

Extension - releasing the flex
Flexion - pulling the arm/body part towards ones self
Placement
Superficial - surface
Inferior - below
Deep - deep
Superior - top/above

Dorsal - backside
Posterior - backside of a human
Front side
Anterior - the front
Ventral - the belly side
Abduction - moving your limbs away from the core
Adduction - add/moving your limbs back towards your midline

Cranial - refers to the brain
Thorax- space between the head and abdomen
Abdomen - last part of the body
Caudal - referrs to the tail
