Enhancements
For Fund Transfer
New API - Fetch All Beneficiaries List and Ask Customer to enter the account number and match from within the Beneficiary list.
Restriction rules for Account Types, Account Currencies etc will apply the same as currently. First filter the fetched list after applying the rules and get a subset of the list.
If entered AccountNo matches in
the filtered list, Proceed with fund transfer
Perform Limit and Other Checks
Checks Passed
Proceed with Transaction as current flow
Cherity Payment options will be passed if selected the Charity Payment by User
Incase of a Failure (Specific Error Code for Fraud related retuned from ESB)

Play a specific Voice Message
Proceed to next
flow as currently
Checked Failed
Call New API for
FAILED TRANSACTION ADVICE
Proceed to next flow as currently
If AccountNo does not match, play an error message and go back to previous menu as currently to request a new account number from Customer.
Educatory message: Its a
Un-Interrupted
message that will be played once Customer opts for Fund Transfer. This is a business decided message
This message will only be played first 3 times in different calls. Once 3 times are done, then do not play this message.

and Utility Bill Payment
