      - What is a Standard?
        It is a technical document established by consensus that:
        
        Contains technical specifications of voluntary application.
        
        It has been prepared with the participation of interested parties Manufacturers, users, consumers, research centers, laboratories, universities, the official sector, associations and professional associations.
        
        For Buyers:
        
        Establish levels of quality and safety of products and services.
        
        Provide information on the characteristics of the product.
        
        Provide the order information.
        
        Allows comparison between different products.
        
        For the Country: It simplifies the preparation of legal texts.
        
        What is a Certification?
        Procedure by which it is ensured that a product, process, system or service conforms to the norms, guidelines or recommendations of organizations dedicated to National or International Standardization.
- - - - From the Producer's point of view, variation in quality cannot be tolerated.
    - - Quality for a manufactured product can be defined primarily by contractual and time-oriented technological characteristics.
        A service product can include all of the features mentioned above.

        The Skills.
        
        Field Service.
        
        Design Quality is determined before the product is made,
        Design Quality is determined by market research, it is generally carried out to determine consumer needs.
        Conformity Quality means creating a product that meets specifications.
        Design Quality and Conformance Quality represent 2 different uses of the term Quality.
