แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ชนิด
กล้ามเนื้อเรียบ
SR เจริญไม่ดีเหมือนในกล้ามเนื้อลาย
ไม่มี T-tubule และไม่พบ Triad
Nucleus อยู่ตรงกลางเซลล์ 1 อัน
รูปร่างคล้ายกระสวย
ไม่มีลายให้เห็น
กล้ามเนื้อหัวใจ
Nucleus อยู่ตรงกลางเซลล์ 1 อัน
มี T-tubule ใหญ่กว่า และ SR ไม่มีการพัฒนาเป็นกระเปาะ
การทำงานคล้ายกล้ามเนื้อเรียบ
ไม่พบ Triad
มีแถบและลายคล้ายกล้ามเนื้อลาย
ชนิดของกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจ
กลุ่มเซลล์เพซเมคเกอร์
มี 2 ชนิด
ปุ่มเอสเอ
ปุ่มเอวี
ผลิตศักย์ทำงานได้เอง และส่งสัญญาณไฟฟ้าไปกระตุ้น
ให้เซลล์กล้ามเนื้อหัวใจหดตัว
กลุ่มเซลล์นำไฟฟ้าพิเศษ
นำสัญญาณไฟฟ้าไปสู่ส่วนต่างๆของหัวใจ
เซลล์ที่ทำหน้าที่หดตัว
พบได้ที่ผนังหัวใจทั้ง 4 ห้อง
กล้ามเนื้อลาย
ภายในเซลล์พบนิวเคลียสรูปไข่หลายอัน
อยู่ในอำนาจจิตใจ
ลักษณะเป็นทรงกระบอกยาวเรียว
โครงสร้างของกล้ามเนื้อลาย
Myofilament
เส้นใยหนา (Thick filament
หรือ myosin filament)
เส้นใยโปรตีนชนิดหนัก 2 สาย
เส้นใยโปรตีนชนิดเบาเบา เป็นหัวของไมโอซีน
เส้นใยบาง (Thin filament
หรือ actin filament)
Tropomyosin
มีลักษณะเป็นเส้นใย 2 เส้นพันกันเป็นเกลียว
Troponin
Troponin-C หน่วยที่รวมตัวกับ Ca2+
Troponin-T หน่วยที่รวมกับ Tropomyosin
Troponin-I หน่วยที่คอยป้องกันการเกิดสะพานเชื่อม
Actin
G-actin ส่วนที่รวมกันเป็นก้อน
ทำหน้าที่จับกับ head ของ myosin
F-actin ส่วนที่พับเป็นเกลียว
Muscle contraction
SR
ทำหน้าที่สะสมแคลเซียม
T-Tubule
นำสัญญาณประสาทเข้าสู่ Triad จะเหนี่ยวนำ
ให้มีการหลั่งแคลเซียมไอออนจาก SR เข้าไปในเซลล์
กล้ามเนื้อแสดงสีหน้า
(Muscle of facial expression)
กล้ามเนื้อรอบจมูก
Insertion : พังผืดที่คลุมอยู่บน nasal
cartilage และด้านข้างของปีกจมูก
ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน
tranverse part หรือ compressor nalis
ทำให้รูจมูกแคบลง
alar part หรือ dilator nalis
ทำให้รูจมูกกว้างขึ้น
Oringin : กระดูก maxilla
กล้ามเนื้อคอ
Platysma
Insertion : กระดูก mandible ผิวหนังและกล้ามเนื้อ
บริเวณหน้าทางด้านล่าง
Action : ดึงคางลงและริมฝีปากล่างลงมา
Origin : พังผืดบริเวณคอและหน้าอก และไหล่
กล้ามเนื้อรอบเบ้าตา
Corrugated supercilii
Insertion : ผิวหนังบริเวณคิ้ว
Action : ขมวดคิ้ว
Oringin : กระดูก Frontal (ตรงบริเวณดั้งจมูก)
Orbicularis Oculi
Oringin : ผนังด้านในของเบ้าตา
Insertion : เนื้อเยื้อรอบๆเบ้าตา
Action : หลับตา กระพริบตา หยีตา
กล้ามเนื้อรอบปาก
Risorius
Insertion : เกาะกับกล้ามเนื้อ orbicularis oris
และผิวหนังบริเวณมุมปาก
Action : ดึงมุมปากขึ้นบนและไปด้านข้าง
เวลายิ้มหรือหัวเราะ
Origin : พังผืดบริเวณแก้ม
Levator anguli oris
Insertion : มุมปาก (angle of mouth)
Action : ยกมุมปากขึ้นให้เห็นฟันขณะยิ้ม
Origin : Canine (canine fossa)
Zygomaticus
Insertion : เกาะกับกล้ามเนื้อบริเวณมุมปาก และ
ผิวหนังบริเวณนั้น
Action : ดึงมุมปากขึ้นบนและไปด้านข้างเวลายิ้ม
หรือหัวเราะ
Origin : กระดูก zygomatic
Mentalis
Insertion : ผิวหนังบริเวณคาง
Action : ทำคางย่น
Origin : กระดูก mandible
Levator labii superioris
Insertion : กล้ามเนื้อ orbicularis oris และผิวหนังรอบๆปาก
Action : ดึงริมฝีปากขึ้นเพื่อช่วยในการเปิดปาก
และทำให้รูจมูกผายออก
Origin : กระดูก zygomatic และขอบล่างของเบ้าตา
ตรงกระดูก maxilla
Orbicularis Oris
Insertion : ผิวหนังบริเวณริมฝีปากและเยื่อบุรอบๆปาก
Oringin : กล้ามเนื้อหลายๆมัดที่อยู่บริเวณปาก
Action : เม้มริมฝีปาก หรือหุบปาก
กล้ามเนื้อของหนังศีรษะ
Frontalis
Insertion : ผิวหนังบริเวณคิ้ว
Action : ยักคิ้ว หน้าผากย่น
Oringin : Galea aponeurosis
Occipitalis
Insertion : Galea aponeurosis
Action : ดึงหนังศีรษะไปด้านหลัง
Oringin : กระดูก Occipital และ mastoid process
ของกระดูก temporal
กล้ามเนื้อที่ทำหน้าที่ในการบดเคี้ยว
Masseter
Insertion : มุมของกระดูกmandible
Action : ยกขากรรไกรล่างขึ้น
Origin : Zygomatic arch
Medial pterygoid
Insertion : ผิวด้านในของกระดูก mandible
Action : ยกกระดูก mandibles ขึ้น และทำให้มีการเคลื่อนกระดูก mandible ออกไปด้านข้าง
Origin : Lateral pterygoid plate ของกระดูก sphenoid
กระดูก Palatine
กระดูก maxilla
Temporalis
Insertion : Coronoid process ของกระดูก Mandible
Action : ยกขากรรไกรล่างขึ้น ทำให้หุบปาก และถอยไปข้างหลัง
Origin : Temporal fossa ของ Temporal
Lareral pterygoid
Insertion : superior head : capsule and articular
disk of the temporomandibular joint
inferior head : ด้านหน้าของกระดูก mandible
Action : ยื่นกระดูก mandible มาทางด้านหน้า และไปด้านข้าง
Origin : superior head : greater wing
ของกระดูก sphenoid
inferior head : lateral pterygoid
กล้ามเนื้อในการเคลื่อนไหวศีรษะและคอ
Longissimus Capitis
Origin : Transverse processes of C5
lnsertion : ขอบด้านล่างของกระดูก mastoid process
Scalenes
Origin : Transverse processes ของ C2-C6
Insertion : Ribs 1-2
Semispinalis capitis,
Cervicis and spinalis
Origin : C7-T6
lnsertion : กระดูก Occipital
Levator scapulae
Insertion : ขอบด้านในของกระดูก scapular
Action : ยกกระดูก scapular ขึ้น และหันคอไปด้านข้าง
Origin : Transverse processes of C1-C4
Splenius capitis
lnsertion : ใต้ superior nuchal line และบริเวณ mastoid process
Origin : Ligament nuchae และ spinous processes of C1-T3
Longus Colli
Origin : Transverse processes และ body
ของกระดูกสันหลังระดับคอ
Action : ก้มศีรษะไปทางด้านข้าง
Sternocleidomastoid
Insertion : Mastoid process ของ Temporal
และ occipital บางส่วน
Action : หดตัวพร้อมกัน 2 ข้างจะก้มศีรษะ
หดตัวข้างเดียวช่วยในการหมุนศีรษะไปด้านตรงกันข้าม
Origin : manubrium ของกระดูก sternum
และด้านในของกระดูก clavicle
กล้ามเนื้อต้นแขน
Biceps Brachii
Insertion : Radial tuberosity ของกระดูก radius
Function : งอต้นแขนและหงายปลายแขน
Origin : short head : coracoid process
Long head : top of glenoid cavity
Brachialis
Insertion : coronoid process ของกระดูก ulna
Function : งอต้นแขน
Origin : lower 2/3 of humerus
Coracobrachialis
Insertion : Middle of humerus
Origin : Coracoid process ของ scapula
Function : งอต้นแขนและหุบต้นแขน
Triceps Brachii
Insertion : Olecranon process ของกระดูก ulna
Function : เหยียดปลายแขน
Origin : Long head : lower lip of glenoid fossa
Medial head : posterior humerus
Lateral head : posterior humerus
