How to make a conversation
The first word flood gates
keep it simple like hi, hey, hello ....
once you said the first word everything else just follows
just gather the enthusiasm, the positivity, the energy, put on a big smile & say 'Hi"
the first word acts as a flood gates so speak out
Skip the small talk
don't be afraid
ask any kind of personal questions
ask a really personal question
Pay a unique compliment
be generous, go out & give someone a nice full compliment
try & construct a compliment that's unique & genuine and you don't have to lie
people will never forget how you made them feel
Find the me too's
when you find same me too, you automatically have a kind of buy in from the other person
make an effort to find one thing that you and that other person might have in common
Ask for an opinion
that's when real communication begins
ask opinion on pretty generic things
go & ask for opinion that's when you open up a two way street
ask something simple
everybody wants validation
when somebody is giving an opinion listen to it
Name, Place, Animal, Thing
remember the places they like to go
remember their pet names
remember their name & say back to them when you meet
remember little details about a person
Be present
just be wholeheartedly present
make an eye contact
be in that conversation
