Zoom type of game app
Able to interact and play games with your family and your community to relive yourself from stress, feel like you’re being active and still have that quality time with family.
Activity day
3 times a week you do some sort of activity like have an online braai, cook off, games night, Olympics, you are able to get your family and community to participate.
Reality (AR)
A game where you can choose your character (make it) and it feels like you are doing the things but you aren’t, so you will be at home but your character will be at the gym so you have to for example run on the spot which will make your character run so you are doing exercise without being at the gym. If your character doesn’t get attention or you are lazy your character will ‘shout’ at you to make you do stuff.
Day to day
An app that is connected to your family and the community and its like a competiton; see who does the most exercise, types of food cooking, play games, do art. Put the points in to see which family wins each day.
Reflection
An app where you can write down your feelings, and what you grateful for.
