Definition of bullying

Characteristics of a bully
The kid that had self-esteem issues like come from a violent home or neglectful home.
The kid tends to have better social skills and is liked by the teacher. As they want to be the leader of the crowd and push the other kids down the hierarchy.
The bully always cares about how the incident affected the bully themselves. They just do anything to take bring them satisfaction.
The bully will try to repeat the action of bullying. For example, bullies will choose to attack the victims online. This is because they hope their action be taken note of by most people to make the victim feels more ashamed.
Ways to avoid the bully
Give them motivation and try to find out the true facts. Avoid taking action like punishment because the negative action may be modelled by the children.
Have a buddy system at school. Group the senior and junior together to make sure the junior can model the right behaviour.
Have a supportive school environment. All the staff of the school should cooperate to produce a healthy environment.
Teachers must have a strong relationship with the students and take good care of all the cases that happened.
Take note of the sexual harassment in schools. There is a link between bullying and sexual harassment.
Effects for the bully themselves
They will continue to find the next victims or try to find different ways to relieve their aggression.
The professions that suit the bully are more behavioural work like police, lawyer and so on.
Effects for the victims
Poorer physical and psychological health.
The impact can last forever.
Loss of feeling normal, trust, safety and security.
