      - In the Chamber of Senators the head is the vicepresident of the nation, currently Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner
      - And in the Chamber of Deputies the head is the first deputy.

      - The Supreme Court and the Lower Courts are in changed of administering justice
      - Each power is intendente from the others
    - - Exercised by the President of the Nation (currently Alberto Fernandez)
      - The President must be elected every 4 years, and can be reelected for one more period.
      - Always we vote for president and vicepresident at the same time
