Entrepreneurial intention can be replaced by carefully constructed end goals, criteria, and ethical limitations constructed for AI systems. If we separate some of the psychology of consciousness from entrepreneurial intention, we can define it pragmatically as the decision to fulfill an objective, and while human entrepreneurs may even lose initial motivation, AI can be programmatically commanded to theoretically run forever towards that objective and achieve it through effective means, the biggest limitation being that humans first need to define ethical rules such that the means do not cause any harm.
