there will be blisters on the vulva
burning sensation
extreme itching on the vulva area
redness or swelling on the vulva
vaginal discharge
when irritated on chlorinated water
having an allergy on spermicides
when using vaginal sprays
allergic reaction to soap when cleaning genital areas
using coloured paper towels
advice patient to drink plenty of water
tell client not to use vaginal sprays unless told by health care users
teach client about good personal hygiene
teach patient to wipe correctly
encourage patient to change underwear to avoid infection
hair conditioners
powder
irritants like perfumes
laundry detergents
encourage sitz bath to patient
teach client on how to take medication at home
everytime advice client to avoid moisture and irritants
skin tend to become moist and warm
itching sensation
infection of the vulves and they become swollen
is the inflammation of the vulva due to injuries ,infection ,allergies and irritants
