Treating everyone fairly and balanced and when it doesn’t occur, offenders are punished.

COUNTING VOTES
PREFERENTIAL
- Number preferences from 1, being your favourite and the last number being your least.
- Whoever received least amount of 1st votes is knocked off and their votes are given to whoever was voted 2nd.
- This continues until a party results in 50% +1
