Radio waves are the type of electromagnetic radiation, its frequency of radio waves is as hight is 300hz low is 30hz.

Gamma rays have a strong from of penetration, its frequency exceeds 300hz.
Different types of waves
There are 2 types of waves. Longitudinal and transverse. Longitudinal waves are waves from sound like vibrations. It goes through the same direction as the disturbance caused it. Each particle of matter vibrates about its normal rest position and along the propagation axis, and all particles involved in the wave motion behave in the same way.

Transverse waves are wave that causes medium to vibrate. It can represented by a curved line going up and down. It travels perpendicular to the direction of disturbance.

What are waves?
A wave is a disturbance that travels through a medium from one place to another. For example let's talk about the waves you see on the beach. As waves reach the shore, their speed changes causing them to break.
Waves you see at the beach transmit energy, not water, and are caused by wind as it blows across the ocean, lakes, and rivers. Waves are caused by the gravitational pull of the moon and the sun that is called a tide.
Other waves can travel through many different materials and seem to be very different. However they all transfer energy and behave as waves.
Sound waves particles that transport the sound vibrate. They do that so humans can hear the sound better.

Seismic waves
Seismic waves are waves of energy that caused by sudden release of energy. It is mostly because of the breaking of the rock within the earth or an explosion. The energy goes through the earth and this is called earthquake.
P-waves are waves that move back and forth, they are the fastest moving seismic waves
S-wave is a wave motion in a solid medium. It occurs when the medium moves perpendicular to the wave's travel direction.
