:check: Goal: ** Note on leadership: We expect the leadership team to broaden if not fully change by the end of this grant period (6/2024). Our goal is to meaningfully and respectfully engage community-specific institutions and individuals with diverse identities throughout this project. Recognizing the importance of mediating power differentials in order to truly include people/organizations, current Principal Investigators would step aside from primary leadership in order to support newly engaged leaders, both from frontline and historically underrepresented communities. This is one example of how our project team expects to operationalize inclusive efforts with communities underrepresented or often excluded from the field of EE.
