SI launch, Current state - Coggle Diagram

        We need an SI playbook for:
        
        OE/SE/HR diagnostics
        
        Solution design tools: we have everything available (PSDM/EPS/BPI...) but it is not connected to ONE system, there is no "concept rational". How do new hires learn this?
        
        SI project delivery
      - SI learning path for KT employees needed (project 11)
      - Clear definition fo SI created. we will run into eternal discussions about "is this SI or not" if we do not have a common understanding of what SI is. :warning: :warning:
      - Sales presentation developed
        
        High level road map designed
        
        This stuff has to look awsome and professional. The material/presentation has to show: we are doing this for ages and we know what to do.
