        -> Đây là nơi tập hợp phụ nữ lớn nhất thế giới trong lĩnh vực máy tính.

        Personal Limitation
        
        The first person who you gonna collaborate with is yourself.
        
        Language is powerful.
        
        The willingness to let our inner potentials bright and shine.
        
        The clarity to not let the situation that we are in clouds our vision to see beyond the present impossibility. -> And do the same with the others.
        
        The confidence and the faith in our own dreams.
        -> Chase + accomplish them and do well with that.
        
        The wisdom as we go through life.
        
        Believe in ourselves. But more important, believe in others. -> Effective leaders' practice - global culture.
        
        Relationship Building
        Technology Pervasiveness
        
        Technology -> Expected to grow and develop.
        
        Change the way we live, work, play, etc.
        -> Younger generations are now using technology much more than the older ones.
        
        RB: She -> Japan for 4 months to train the engineers there.
        Everything was so different ( no women in the workplace )
        ( cultures, language, history, practice, etc. )
        -> ≈ 2 weeks discussing about those differences -> Trust and friendship.
        -> When she needed help as she changed her job, it was non of their responsibility, but they jumped in and help her.
        
        RB requires more than Facebooking, Twittering, texting, etc.
        It requires face-to-face interaction.
        => In order to build the long-last relationship, gotta do it in the old-fashioned way.
        
        The culture
        The technological world
        
        So ( feel ) close but so far ( personal preferences, ways of life, etc )
        
        Talking personally, to against discrimination -> Become excellent.
        But when it comes to collaboration, it's different since what is considered to be "excellent" in 1 nation ≠ to the others.
        And it's just about culture. Adapt and adjust -> Respect.
        
        The core of every business is PEOPLE.
        
        And of course, when it comes to personal space, please don't cross ( if u want collaboration for life ).
      - In order to succeed in life, we must collab with each other.
