        Arrange a meeting with parents and special needs coordinator to determine and discuss goals for student and address areas that need attention, and present student's IEP
        
        Implement IEP and evaluate student's progress.
        
        Document student's progress and report to school admin team and special needs coordinator.
        
        Determine whether students progress/behavior has improved or not.
        
        If the student isn't making any academic or behavioral progress, the teacher will meet the Admin team and special needs coordinator to review the IEP and make changes if needed.

        If student's behavior is improving and appropriate goals are being met; the teacher will continue with the IEP and keep the admin team, special needs cordinator and parents updated on student progress.
