HDL particles: will be the most, smallest protein out of all others, they adsorb excess cholesterol from cell break down

VLDL: Will be formed from the cholesterol in the liver after Chylomicrons reaches leftover triglycerides and cholesterol
Fibrates
Examples: fenofibrate, gemfibrozil

Indicated for mixed dyslipidaemia, hypertriglyceridemia and severe hypertriglyceridmia
Adverse effects
- Raised liver enzymes
- Myopathy
- Lithiasis

Chylomicrons

Triglycerides is being broken down into Free Fatty Acid (FFA) + Glycerol to be taken up in muscle & adipose tissue
Chylomicron remnants

It is where cholesterol is stored, secreted in bile, oxidize to bile acids or converted into VLDLs
