Calvin Cycle
: using energy from the beginning of photosynthesis, the cycle takes CO2 from around it to build carbohydrates. CO2 is combined with RuBP which creates 6-carbon compounds. These compounds are broken into two 3-carbon compounds which, using ATP and NADPH, are converted into G3P. One G3P becomes a part of the carbohydrate while the other stays in the cycle

3 MOLECULES OF CO2 ARE ENTERED
WATER IS SPLIT TO RELEASE AN ELECTRON TO REPLACE THE ONE THAT LEFT. THIS SPLIT ALSO FORMS OXYGEN AND HYDROGEN

: pigment molecules absorb the energy from sunlight. Then, a photon hits photosystem II to start photosynthesis. Energy goes through the electron transport chain which puts hydrogen in the thylakoid space creating an electrochemical gradient. The ons go through ATP into the stroma to create ATP. Photosystem I takes in a second photon which forms NADPH
