17/09/20 Submitted letter from Maria Chase, in a call to Sian she refused to accept that letter and stated that a doctors statement was the absolute requirement.
02/11/20 After a call with Debby Clayton in regards to undue process I was informed by her that Sian Phillips still required a doctors statement despite supplying an evidence letter from Maria Chase.

17/11/20 Further demand for evidence after being informed that there were restructuring meetings with all front line staff, also informed on that day that investigations into my complaints were still ongoing.

Redundancy process

20/11/20 First meeting, told that redundancy was a possibility and told I could write something to justify the continuation of my position.
10/12/20 Final meeting, placed on gardening leave after all my questions were unanswered.
Victimisation
10/12/20 Victimisation brought up by myself on the final redundancy meeting, I was advised
23/11/20 Advised by ACAS that any redundancy process initiated by the HTA may in fact be classed as victimisation in line with EqA 2010, this information was passed to the HTA

18/06/20 3rd refusal after 2nd double shouting, this is when I went over his head directly to Sian.
13/03/20 2nd refusal after first double screaming, I was also informed at this point that I would be required to submit graphs with holiday requests to show who could cover my responsibilities

Complaint process
Launched complaint of disability discrimination, harassment and undue process on 31/07/20
02/10/20 Job review meeting hijacked so that my grievances could be discussed. Meeting delayed due to amount of evidence
10/12/20 Invited during my final redundancy meeting to pursue my complaints after the end of my employment.
17/11/20 Confirmed that investigations into my grievances were ongoing despite HTA stating that they were in a period of consultation.
Meeting held 05/10/20, job review was held first.
