ระบบกล้ามเนื้อ - Coggle Diagram

- - - - ไม่มีแผ่นปลายประสาทมอเตอร์เหมือนกับกล้ามเนื้อลาย
      - มีเส้นใหญ่ประสาทของระบบประสาทอัตโนมัติมาเลี้ยง
      - ควบคุมโดยสารเคมีที่ใช้ระหว่างเซลล์เช่น อะเซทิลโคลีนและนอร์อิพิเนฟริน
    - - ไม่มีลายให้เห็น
      - Nucleus อยู่ตรงกลาง 1 อัน
      - SR เจริญไม่ดีเหมือนในกล้ามเนื้อลาย
      - เซลล์เซลล์มีรูปร่างคล้ายกระสวย (spindle )
      - ไม่มี T-tubule และไม่พบ Triad
  - - - กล้ามเนื้อหัวใจจะเหมือนกล้ามเนื้อลายตรงที่หน่วยย่อยของโครงสร้างมีส่วนของซาร์โคเมียร์ ที่ประกอบไป ด้วย ไมโอซินฟิลาเมนต์ และแอคติน รวมทั้งโทรโปนิน และโทรโปไมโอซิน การหดสั้นของซาร์โคเมียร์ทำให้เกิดการ หดตัวของกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจได้เนื่องจาก มีการเคลื่อนที่เข้าหากันของเส้นใยภายในกล้ามเนื้อ
    - - เซลล์ทำหน้าที่หดตัว (Contractile cell)
        
        ได้แก่ เซลล์กล้ามเนื้อหัวใจที่ทำหน้าที่ เกี่ยวกับการหดตัว พบได้ที่ผนังหัวใจ ทั้ง 4 ห้อง
      - กลุ่มเซลล์เพซเมคเกอร์ (Pacemaker cell)
        
        ทำหน้าที่ผลิตศักย์ทำงาน(Action potential) ได้เอง และส่งสัญญาณไฟฟ้าไปกระตุ้นให้เซลล์กล้ามเนื้อหัวใจหดตัว
        
        มี 2 ชนิด
        
        ปุ่มเอสเอ (Sinuatrial node : S-A node)
        
        (Atrioventricular node : A-V node
      - กลุ่มเซลล์นำไฟฟ้าพิเศษ(Specialized conduction cell)
        
        มีหน้าที่นำสัญญาณไฟฟ้าไปสู่ส่วนต่างๆของร่างกาย
        
        ได้แก่ bundle of His และ Punkinje fiber
    - - เส้นประสาทที่มาเลี้ยงและควบคุมการทำงานของกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจคือภาษาอัตโนมัติทางประสาทซิมพาเธติกและพาราซิมพาเธติก
  - - - กล้ามเนื้อลายซึ่งห่อหุ้มร่างกายของเราไว้นั้นมีลักษณะเป็นมัดๆ มัดกล้ามเนื้อมีแผ่นเนื้อเยื่อเกี่ยวพัน (connective tissue) ซึ่งประกอบด้วยเส้นใยคอลลาเจน (collagen) และอีลาสติน (elastin) เป็นส่วนใหญ่หุ้มอยู่โดยรอบ ปลายข้างใดข้างหนึ่งหรือทั้งสองข้างของมัดกล้ามเนื้อเป็นคอลลาเจนที่ยึดติดกันเป็นเอ็น (tendon) ที่มีความเหนียวมากและยึดติดอยู่กับกระดูกอีกทีหนึ่ง เอ็นที่ปลายของกล้ามเนื้อบางชนิดอาจแผ่ออกเป็นแผ่นบางๆ (aponeuroses) ยึดติดกับกระดูกได้เป็นบริเวณกว้าง ภายในตัวกล้ามเนื้อมีเนื้อเยื่อเกี่ยวพันซึ่งเชื่อมต่อกับแผ่นด้านนอกแทรกอยู่โดยตลอด ใยประสาทและเส้นเลือดที่มาหล่อเลี้ยงกล้ามเนื้อจะซุกตัวอยู่ในเนื้อเยื่อเกี่ยวพันเหล่านี้
    - - Sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) ลักษณะเป็นตาข่าย
        
        ทำหน้าที่สะสมแคลเซียม
      - Transverse Tubular System (T-Tubule)
        
        ทำหน้าที่นำสัญญาณประสาทเข้าสู่ Triad ซึ่งจะเหนี่ยวนำให้มีการหลั่งแคลเซียมไอออนจาก SR เข้าไปในเซลล์
    - - เป็นเส้นประสาทจากระบบ CNS ซึ่งออกมาจาก motor neurone

      - Insertion:ผิวหนังบริเวณคิ้ว
      - Action:ยักคิ้ว หน้าผากย่น

      - Action:หลับตา กระพริบตา หยีตา
  - - - tranverse part หรือ compressor nalis
        
        ทำให้รูจมูกแคบลง alar part หรือ dilator nalis
        
        ทำให้รูจมูกกว้างขึ้น
  - - - Origin:กล้ามเนื้อหลายๆมัดที่อยู่บริเวณปาก
      - Insertion:ผิวหนังบริเวณริมฝีปากแลเยื่อบุรอบๆปาก
      - Action:เม้มริมฝีปากหรือหุบปาก
    - - Origin: กระดูก zygomatic และขอบล่าง ของเบ้าตาตรงกระดูก maxilla
      - Insertion:กล้ามเนื้เorbicularisorisและ ผิวหนังรอบๆปาก
      - Action:ดึงริมฝีปากขนึ้เพื่อช่วยในการเปิดปาก และทำให้รูจมูกผายออก
    - - แบ่งกล้ามเนื้อนี้เป็น 2 มัด ได้แก่ Zygomaticus major และ Zygomaticus minor
      - Origin: กระดูก Zygomatic
      - Insertion: เกาะกับกล้ามเนื้อบริเวณมุมปาก และ
        ผิวหนังบริเวณน้ัน
      - Action:ดึงมุมปากขึ้นบนและไปด้านข้างเวลายิ้มหรือหัวเราะ
    - - Origin:พังผืดบริเวณแก้ม
      - Insertion:เกาะกับล้ามเนื้อ orbicularis
        oris และผิวหนังบริเวณมุมปาก
      - Action:ดึงมุมปากขึ้นบนและไปด้านข้าง เวลายิ้มหรือหัวเราะ
    - - Origin: Canine (canine fossa)
      - Insertion: มุมปาก (angle of the mouth)
      - Action:ยกมุมปากขึ้นให้เห็นฟันขณะยิ้ม
    - - Origin: กระดูก mandible บริเวณด้านข้างของแนวกลาง
      - Insertion:กล้ามเนื้อ orbicularisorisและผิวหนังบริเวณริมฝี ปากล่าง
      - Action:ดึงริมฝีปากล่างลง
    - - Origin: กระดูก mandible
      - Insertion: กล้ามเนื้อ orbicularis oris และ
        ผิวหนังบริเวณมุมปาก
      - Action: ดึงมุมปากลงมาด้านล่าง
