Genesis
There is only one God who creates parts of the universe for 6 days, resting on the 7th
-
-
Third Day: dry land, seas, plants and trees
Fourth Day: the sun, moon and stars
-
Sixth Day: land animals and humans (a superior race modelled after God, to rule these animals)

Enuma Elish
In the beginning, there was only swirling choas, from that choas came 2 gods: fresh water known as Apsu, and salty water known as Tiamat. They came together to give birth to younger gods
These younger gods caused lots of trouble so, Apsu decides to kill them. Tiamat is against so she informs Ea, who puts him to sleep and kill him
Tiamat is enraged so she consults Qingu, giving him power of the Tablets of Destiny and plans for a war.
The younger gods hopelessly try stopping her, until Marduk goes to defeat her and her allies. He also takes the Tablet of Destiny, making him king of the gods.
Ea then creates mankind, who build shrines and the city of Babylon and worship the gods.
Popol Vuh
There wer gods called Creators, who lived under the ocean, until they decided to fill the void and so they began to create. Once they finished with nature and animals, they decided to create a race to worship them
They tried to create them from mud, but they were to weak and soggy and didn't have a brain and the abilities to properly worship them
Next they tried with wood people, they were sturdy and could speak so they multiplied. However, they didn't have brains so they spoke gibberish and mistreated the animals and nature. The Creators flooded them to eradicate them, turning the survivors into monkeys.
Once the Creators were presented with a food called maize by a mountain cat,
a coyote, a crow, and a parrot. They created four men called the 'Four Fathers' each with wives. They had godlike vision and knowledge, so, the Creators put mist in their eyes and allowed them to move on.
Similarities
In the Popol Vuh, Enuma Elish, and Emergence myth, they believe that there are many gods representing different forces of nature, whereas in Genesis, there in only one God, who has the ultimate power
In these myths, before Gods' creations, there is a formless void and no light, until the Gods' give lights the world
In both the Popol Vuh and the Emergence myth, there were multiply forms of humans before the final, ultimate form
Similarities
They all start with figures known as God(s), who have control over the nature of the universe. They each create the different aspects of the cosmos, eventually creating mankind
There is also belief that these Gods have a higher, all mighty power, governing those on Earth
