Social loafing
People who decide to not work so hard because they're part of a group - they cost and will let the harder workers take care of it.
Cohesiveness
Most of the time cohesiveness is going to result in high performance - there is an occasion it goes the other way. This happens whenever the norm is work less hard.

Communication dynamic where the group doesn't want to hear any counter evidence. Suppress opposition thoughts. They want what the dominant opinion.

Expresses the core value the majority of members share and give the organization it's "distinct"" personality
Subcultures tend to develop in large organizations in response to common problems or experiences a group fo members face in the same department

Refers to the shared perceptions organizational members have about their organization and work environment
