These things should not fill a whole day- meant to be sprinkles into your already existing job and social life

ASSUMPTIONS
Maslow's basic needs are met
Mental Health is being addressed
These things are universally good or bad?
NEED TO SOLVE FOR
Someone trying to break the system- 500 glasses of water etc. need optimal numbers and you go minus points if you go over- some "timers" will be accounting for a daily total and some for a weekly total...too much fun in a week can be bad
Everything effects BOTH brain and body....so 2 different meters? write brief bio on how it effects brain and body
π₯π₯π₯ # of spoons each person starts with every day- can this change?
Healthy Meal- What if intermittent Fasting? Set Weekly? Just don't deduct points. What if a person doesn't eat any food all week and still wins?
send suggestions for body help if they haven't done one in a while?
Is this only ideal for an office worker- is that who it is optimized for?
What if something is creative and challenging- points for both?
For Eureka above....what about people that can't take a break every 30 min...or check their phones? Maybe this needs to alert to watches and email and phone...Maybe you need to change the time increment....what if you HAVE to focus for more than 30 min....What if you are a lawyer, a doctor, a bartender, a student, an IT worker....is there a universal thread here? Can I chunk this be time? Maybe there is a setting that says I have to do x type of brain work and x type of body work for x amount of time without a break......Like you login before each activity and choose: I am doing 30 minutes of problem solving while seated- β³ timer goes off and says - good job, your brain needs x, your body needs x and btw drink some water!

The Game of Life
Basic concept- when our bodies and our brains feel good, we will live a happier life- set a daily suggested "calorie" intake- does gender come into play? Mental Health? Physical Health?....π₯π₯π₯
Brain bucks and Body Bucks
π‘ Calorie in vs calorie out idea
chronic pain
- addresses fascial system, nervous system, and what else?
Maybe it's about the things that we know we should do BUT we have a tendency to skip thinking they take up too much time- Gotta get back to work right? But these things actually save you time, money, contribute to happiness and health
you are the tomagachi / sim
Mood Optimizer
Office Athlete
OFFICE ATHLETE- sell with resistence bands?
What if I could have differnt 30 minute timers going...timers are based on current π© that I am wearing: massage, desk, fun, vacation, creative....are timers based on what my body is doing or my mind? ANYWAY- at the 30 min timer, my timer goes off and also prompts me with an action: I was sitting for 30 minutes- what needs to happen: body needs to rotate through my combat sitting exercises....what was my brain doing? organizing? ....seems like there are
7 types of thinking
your brain can do what will the timer prompt me for after 30 minutes of that type of thinking....what were my eyes doing?- add that? ALSO LEARNING WHY YOU ARE DOING IT IS IMPORTANT- give info. people need to know why they are doing things- then it will help to become habit Please include β π₯ and somehow let people be able to add there own options...maybe include some universal ones....
