Look, men, women and children are singing and dancing, cheering for the country.

阳光下的马来西亚，多么美丽，
Yángguāng xià de mǎláixīyà, duōme měilì,
Malaysia under the sun is so beautiful,
阳光，照着农田，稻米金黄。
Yángguāng, zhàozhe nóngtián, dàomǐ jīnhuáng.
The sun shines on the farmland, and the rice is golden.
阳光，照着果园，瓜果飘香。
Yángguāng, zhàozhe guǒyuán, guā guǒ piāo xiāng.
The sun shines on the orchard, and the melons and fruits are fragrant.
阳光，护着这片土地。
Yángguāng, hùzhe zhè piàn tǔdì.

阳光下的马来西亚，多么安乐，
Yángguāng xià de mǎláixīyà, duōme ānlè,
Malaysia under the sun, how peaceful,
阳光，照着房屋，家家明亮。
Yángguāng, zhàozhe fángwū, jiā jiā míngliàng.
The sun shines on the house, and every house is bright.
阳光，照着人群，人人共舞。
Yángguāng, zhàozhe rénqún, rén rén gòng wǔ.
The sun shines on the crowd, and everyone dances.
阳光，爱着这片土地。
Yángguāng, àizhe zhè piàn tǔdì.
