Bowel strangulation - surgical history in 2017
She doesn't smoke or drink alcohol
Physical examination findings
Lungs
Inspection: No use of accessory muscle
Percussion: Dull sound over thorax
Palpation: No lesions palpated,
normal chest expansion (2-3 cm),
tactile fremitus decreases from apex to
the base of lung
Auscultation: Diminished lung sound, egophony absent
Skin
Presence of ecchymosis on upper and lower limb. warm temperature at both side of lower limb, presence of pitting edema, no redness or pruritus present
Musculoskeletal
Able to carry out ROM
Normal hand grasps
Leg muscle is weak if to walk for a long distance
