community
Focusing on enhancement of teachers’ social and communicative
competence

Intervention to deal with students disciplinary problems
Interacting with students is the must in this model
Teacher should be tolerant, empathic, skilful in conflicts resolutions, and know how to control students' behavior.
Four basic components of dealing with students issues

I-message
no-lose conflict resolution
Encouraging the students to identify the problems and reason why they behaving like that without judging them
Instead of demanding for correction, a teacher will definitely find the root of the issues
Reasons why I chose the model
It is a humanistic approach which focuses on building intrinsic motivation towards the students
This model relevants for both students’ needs and abilities
It initiates positive and friendly environment for the students
Does not causing stress and reluctance for both teacher and students. Instead, it builds up understanding and tolerant.
