WAYS TO HELP OVERCOME PROCRASTINATION
Tip 1: Eat the "toad" first
S2: Arrange the work according to decreasing difficulty
S3: Perform the work in sort order
S1: Make a list of tasks to do
Tip 2: Do the first 10 minutes
S2: Don't look at the whole, but look at every detail of the work
S3: Spend 10 minutes doing one of the detailed little options
S1: Select the job to do
Tip 3: Reward yourself
S1: Make a list of important tasks to do and light tasks to reward yourself
S2: Schedule the day to keep track of important activities that are self-reward activities
Tip 4: Create a closed schedule
S2: See through the total list item. Identify what you can do during that leisure time
S3: Add those tasks to the daily top list (Recommended for daily calendar)
S1: Need at least two lists of items: one for that day, and one "total list" that includes all the work to be done for the next week and month
Tip 5: Prioritized work and projects
S2: Clarify every job as the device performed, the job failed, and why
S3: Distinguish between job-critical and job- necessary
S1: Rearrange priority (If you are unsure about prioritizing, divide the work into 3 columns: Short-term goal, Intermediate goal, Long-term goal limit)
S4: Focus on the work that is both important, then focus on the important work
Tip 6: Shorten daily top categories
Daily list of no more than seven jobs
Tip 7: Apply Parkinson's Rule
S2: Shorten the time you specify yourself
S1: Set the time limit for each job in the top item
