What motivates them to learn?
We're educating the student's, not ourselves.
Support the children's experiences and learning theory first and foremost with their education.
Allow for student voice and ideas/stories/experiences to be shared all the time.
More student-centred approaches.
Have students lead the activity.
Have them brainstorm games that interest them.
Have them participate in class chit chats/disccusions more often.
Encourage them to help better anything throughout the course/year.
Have them design their own projects.
Expand and Restructure the classrooms structure to involve the teacher mostly playing the facilitator.
