JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
provide support to individuals who need care in the community
providing anti social behaviour - which means they deal with anti social behaviour
if you don’t accept your responsibility... impact on wider community and victims affected
CHALLENGES
because they are in ASB they deal with people with ASB
People don't recognise the extent of whats occurring
what the team have to deal with...
customers are then taking their frustration out on you
PAIN POINTS
work never going to change - unless you leave your job and do a new career

when you have to go in everyday at work and deal with the shit - when you have your own stuff to deal with...
stress - 'i have seen changes in the office - tolerance level reduced - human error - mistakes get made.....
the guy had Waynes mobile number - how do you prevent that?
too much workload - unrealistic expectations - more cases than staff
not dealing with the cases fast enough / they get complaints / they don't reduce the expectations...

Switching off - when to walk away / not take work home with you in your head
so you don't give everything to your job and there is nothing left for you or anyone else

SOLUTIONS
How do you let that go at the end of the day / unwind and switch off?
Manage the stress continually - so don't turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms or habits...
Manage the stress during the day - can potentially go from calm to urgent in a few seconds....
1. leave your work at work -
deal with the negativity and trauma and upset it can bring
how to unwind
how to set boundaries
learn to sit with your emotions
Know your day is potentially going to be tough - that won't change - so.....
2. deal with the stress during the day
if you feel yourself getting stressed - what can you do?
Friend is a Paramedic and all the NHS say is "You'll get used to it"
3. be in the best mindset to be able to face the day - to deal with what comes your way
this starts with what you are doing every day - awareness - you have the choice to decide...
so easy when stressed to forget doing all the things you know you need to do
start coming into work 1 hour earlier, saying yes to that meeting after work..starts eating into your time....

121 Coaching after the initial wellbeing program - for anyone that feels they need/would like additional support
Team members can book a 1 x 60 minute call with me per month via my online calendar
Coaching Sessions are held online via Zoom or can be a normal telephone call
Some overall aims will be set before coaching begins so we can measure progress - coaching topics chosen by manager/indivudal so we have a really clear agenda
Team members can access additional sessions if they are in need of support outside of these times - this can be signed off and invoiced separately
